I became a wedding photographer because I realised I had the privilege of witnessing moments families will remember for the rest of their lives. I believe photographs are one of the few things that become more valuable with time.

You’ve probably said you don’t want posed photos. Most brides do, but many of the images that you keep returning to, the ones that hold your attention for the longest, are posed, and that’s what no one tells you. I direct each pose with a steady, considered hand, so that you know exactly what to do, while it remains entirely and unmistakably yours.

As a mum of two girls, I’m deeply inspired by the women I photograph. I hope that one day my daughters will feel as beautiful, confident, and loved on their wedding day as the brides I have the privilege of capturing.
